Half a bottle of Old Grandad. . . should make you launch anything that was in your stomach.

for an AP1 it's a 6k clutch drop. anything less you'll hook up but bog. too many of the bog launches will guarantee you a new diff. better to spin a little and have less driveline shock.

I've heard its death to the clutch if you launch and have a CDV, correct?

Spinning is good for your diff. I have a decent ammount of torque to do so.

Bogging means the car basically falls on it's face off the line because the clutch was most likely released too soon and the gas is not pressed down far enough.

This in turn puts all that engine torque to your diff since the tires aren't freely spinning to disperse the torque properly... I might have worded this a little funny but i hope you get the point.

OK I know what you mean. I think bogging might also build carbon in the engine eventually since you're kinda stalling.

Your clutch can fry eventually on an AP1 too .

So does it wear x amount faster than an AP1? Or is it all relative?

Clutch wear depends solely on the driver for the most part on stock applications i would assume.
