I ran K&N FIPK, Berk high flow cat, Berk 3 inch with ebay silencer, full throttle through 5 to 6 with 92db limit no meat ball
dont think OEM exhaust would be any louder than that

Anyone think an OEM intake + Berk HFC 70mm + Greddy Dual Exhaust 70mm>60mm would pass the 92db limit?

Take off the exhaust and add OEM exhaust then yes it will pass. By the way its now a 90db limit

Great, I don't think i'll chance it with the aftermarket exhaust then.
The Speedventures Laguna Seca event lists it at 92db...

This isn't entirely true, btw. Clubs can decide when they book the track if they want the standard 90db or if they want to pay more for 92db or 105db. The track will only allow a limited number of 92db and 105db days per year. Best option is to check the event details before you go and look for clubs that book the 105db days if you know you're too loud.
