Well I've decided I can't quite afford it due to all the other track stuff I've been up to. No regrets though, because I now have my SCCA Race license, and next friday I'll be competing at Sears Point in Formula Mazdas(aka russell cars). I'd be happy to host a tech day somtime before the event. Perhaps december 29th? I'm busy the weekend of january 5th..

gilcwong, I'll be at the s2kca day too.
FYI, TracQuest has scheduled Laguna Seca for Feb 6th-8th, I will be there also. It's a good group, lots of track time.
sylvainsf, excellent. I did that myself in this year's series and had a blast.

That's where a buncha people monkey around on their cars at my house utilizing my tools and barbecue.. Good for installing parts, etc. Not so good for clearing your headlights 
. If we end up having a tech day, I'll most likely be working on preparing my '87 RX7 Turbo for ITS/EP.

SilverSurfer, sure. I think I will have my NASA instructor's license by then, but actually, NASA told me that for group 2 and above a passenger wristband is all I need.
