u should try like a tokyo tea ^.^ same basic veriation as the AMF but w/ midori. Same goes for the Purple Rain.
I'm crazy picky w/ my drinks...
When i can't pick then its a Lemon Drop, lots of lemon.
Tokyo Tea done a w/ gin, vodka, rum, trip sec, sweet and sour, shot of 7up and float midori on top. I know there are other recipes out there, but I like it like this.
When i make it, then.....half shot vinilla vodka, half shot mandarin vodka, half shot pineapple juice, half shot lemon juice, shake it up. Serve it to me in a chilled glass.
Or Fuji Apple Sake, Raspberry Sake, Nigori Sake or Soju.
Or the Triple Play Wine by Wattle Creek, Reserve Yellow Tail Sirah or Cabernet Sauvangions are good too.
...i sound like and alcoholic....hahaha!

Sounds good! But I was always told not to mix light/darks. (i.e. vodka and rum). Is this true..?
light rum and dark rum can go together- lots of tropical drinks do that, along w/ a float of 151 on top
but i currently dont know of a drink that has dark rum and vodka together
u can experiment...but probaly would taste funny...lol

half shots (3/4 if u liek it stronger) of....gin, rum, vodka and triple sec. Fill up w/ sweet and sour and 7up. Float chamborg on the top. AMF is the same thing except blue curacao gets floated on top instead of the chamborg.
Serve over ice in a tall glass. Garnish w/ a lemon if u like.

Well.. back when I was younger and didn't know. I drank a lot of rum(dark).. and then a lot of vodka after that, and got extremely sick. Which is when I was told you aren't supposed to mix the "light and darks"
Btw, what does the Tokyo Tea taste like? And is it like a cocktail, or is it served in a long glass?
