Well I tried the best I could for you bro. I called him for you, asked him about it and by his words, which were that he was lagging but plans to get the console shipped out to you are on him. Knowing where he lives and pointing figures will only cause problems for other people that are not involved in this trivial matter between you two.

I would have to agree with Apollo355, take it to small claims if you're really want to pester him to get your money back. You might loose some of it due to court fees.

Well it only took 2.5 months but i got my 06 console yesterday. Thanks to his mother and father for helping me out.

Also thanks to the folks that sent info on Kayvan, it did help track him down.
