Anyone have any experience with these guys? I saw the listing in the bay area directory but did a search and couldn't find any postings. Just wondering how the service is and how their prices are (reasonable or high?) for car alarms.



Obviously they are supposed to be good since they are recommend in the directory, but I learned to not make any decisions without checking with s2ki.com

update: went there they told me they sold only autopage and clifford alarms. RF-420 autopage is the one he (Thien) recommended explaining that it was comparable to the clifford model but just cheaper. Price $250 OTD. I am thinking about getting this thing put in on monday.

I think Kartoyz was carried over from another board. I don't think there has actually been much experience from S2000 owners.

My coworker has a BMW and a majority of her electronics were bought from CarToyz.

If I'm correct, I think they only specialize in Euro's.

They seem to have a decent business, I saw a lambo there once. Also saw a suzuka there that they said had just had an alarm installed on Sat. 7/1.


I'm probably going there today so i'll keep you guys updated

I know a couple of the guys there... (Thien)... THey'v ebeen in the industry for quite a long time.... They have a contract out with Beshoff Mercedes to do their work...pretty decent guys... they worked in an alarm for me a long time ago... DId a good job....

I had an alarm instaled yesterday 7/3. They recommended the autopage RF-420LCD instead of the clifford equivalent, which they say is just more expensive for $250+tax installed. I'm thinking about adding a dual stage proximty/motion sensor for top slashers ($60). Anyone think this is a bad deal?

So far it seems to work fine and I'm pretty happy with the service. I talked to Toan (manager) and Thien they told me that they did a lot of work for dealers. They do mostly euro imports but japanese also. They have pics of a v8 vantage, '07 911 Turbo plus a few lambos that they had worked on.
