Default Just got pulled over :(

Hopefully this isn't too off topic. If it is please close it Vu. Anyway I just got pulled over for the first time in the evo for loud exhaust, front plate, and intake ( which does have a carb so I am ok on that ). I was wondering if anyone know a cop that could sign off my ticket. I will put the stock exhaust on but I had a question about front plate. I heard that zip tying the plate was not good enough, anyone have any other ideas on how to do that? Thanks for the help!

I got pulled over a couple weeks ago for not having a front license plate. I just zipped tied my front plate onto the grill and got it signed off at the SF Police Station

Doesnt the EVO come with a custom bracket that attaches to the side of the bumper?
