Of course not but you have to bring the summons paper with you when you show up. So i have had to show up and check in 6 times. I'm sure they have some record of me being summoned.

My buddy at work keeps getting his mail stolen, like nine years running.
I've been summoned twice, once right after I moved from CCC to the peninsula which means I was exempt and once a few months ago. Not bad for 14 years of eligibility.
