I borderline want to say a bio degree is useless unless you plan on taking it to med school, go into nursing, further education to become a professor or you want to be a researcher for a career..

A hot chick w/ a bio degree could bank it home in Pharma sales before Obama. A BS in Bio would be pretty thin, but you also could leverage it with a law degree from a decent school for bio-tech/med patent work.

mmm there's a bunch of variables that come into play, but I'd say average ish is probably in the mid/high 60s on the low side, to an upwards of like mid 80 being the average. High side is in the 90k+ range. A lot depends on the size of the portfolio, # of properties being managed, cash flow, more liability/responsibilities, type of properties, what kind of market, economy, experience etc.

Right now I'd ball park asset managers making somewhere in the 70s maybe 80s.

Asset Manager is about the highest level you can get in commercial property management.

There's always biotech though hiring in biotech these days are not forthcoming. Though if I could go back in time, I would have went into computer programming instead of getting microbiology degree.

Got it! I'll pass it on.

I updated the posting since they recently updated the job listing. Also included some info regarding experience since I got quite a few PM about the experience necessary. It's not stated on the job listing, but I put down what I think they're aiming for based on what I've seen/heard.
