If you're a quick learner, the career progression would be from assistant property manager/property coordinator to property manager to sr property manager to assistant/asset manager.

damn the wife needs a job but totally out of field. silly bio degree. i like how we have job postings on our board now.

I borderline want to say a bio degree is useless unless you plan on taking it to med school, go into nursing, further education to become a professor or you want to be a researcher for a career..
