ooo i really should get to reading my owners manual... looks like theres a lot of valued information in there...
and no... of course not all mechanics jack your money... like the video showed, only 5 out of 9 stores cheated the customer... i'd be scared if it was 9 out of 9 that cheated....

They even remember my name from one visit to the next. They happily use whatever oil/filter I pull out of my trunk and discount the cost of the fluids they would n ormally use accordingly.
They let me hang out in the bay while they are working and like to chat about cars and racing and such. So I know they're doing the work since I'm watching.
It all just comes down to the individual people at each location. Some people are dishonest ****s. Some aren't.
