what does HDR mean?

Brian, we both mean looking white cars with big phat spoilers on the back - that sure sounds like twins...haha

rick: i think it stands for high dynamic range and it's more or less a fancy term for editing separate aspects of a picture independently (editing background by itself then editing the car by itself) i stitched 2 pics together for this shot and made the sky more dramatic without blowing the car out.

Its an editing technic designed to create a high dynamic range of exposure contrast. Very popular these days.
