oh, yeah, i know Vu. im not saying the car should not have won, it definitely had a lot of time and effort put into that car, im just saying that is not for me.. which leads me to my next point about heading in another direction for the car. taking a look at all of the cars at the show, it occurred to me that perhaps having the most parts or having the expensive parts isn't what sets you apart from the crowd. I just need to revamp my thinking about how i want to continue working on the car. Like i said before, i took Alejandro's words to heart, "this car is purpose-built".. now i just need to map out exactly what my purposes are for this car in the future, make a plan on it, and stick to it.

Washabi: Your car has come up a lot since the last time I saw it. The SC, Works, hood, and calipers too! That's a lot of $$ right there. You car is great where it's at right now.
Alejo: I'm glad I finally saw your car. I've seen it on the forums and your car is pretty sick in person! I had no idea you had all that stuff
Frank: Your car is hella clean! If only I still had my Mugen Seats, we would do a straight trade! Good times again at this show. You were hella funny during the awards ceremony.

Brian, dont trip off the show man, your ride is off the hook. You dont need a 5 dolla plaque to tell you that.

yea the judging at every show is a handful. This show by far was the hardest to judge. They had 187 hondas to judge this show in a matter of only a few hours. They were even rushed untill the last minute before presenting the awards. This time we couldnt talk to all the owners because there were soooo many cars to judge.
Criteria it really depends on who is judging and what types of cars. I had awd class so most of them are more on the performance side than show side. I had 80 cars and at least 50% of them were stock besides rims. Custom turbo kits, fabrication, one-off parts and rarity is alot of what i had to do looking in the engine bays of most of the mitsu's and subies. Honda is a whole nother world you have cars that are both show/go. Its a very tedious and very hectic job to do. we cant please everybody =0P
anyways hope you all had fun! and congrats to the winners...i cant even remmeber who won and i gave out every single award. um i know alejo, jet, guy from socal, and brian won....who else?
