I still need 1 or 2 more people to help hold the spot down in the morning. I need them to arrive at the BBQ site around 10:30 AM and make sure that the large BBQ pit is available for us

I just got back from Costco and Albertsons.. got a bunch of the food and everything should be ready for 2m. Now, i just need to gather the rest of the supplies and put them in one spot for tomorrow morning. Stephen and Brian, try to get here around 10:30 AM, and give me a call if otherwise. i still need 1 or 2 more people to help hold the bbq spot at 10:30 at baker beach. Also, if anyone would like to help lead the group from the meeting point to baker beach, let me know and I can assign that task for you.

bad news -.-, i won't be able to make it to the meet. Turns out my friend is leaving tonight back to Santa Cruz and I heard it was going to rain so I cant drive there, I got no tread :[ Time to get a beater

Still a maybe at this point. But I'm going to try to make it. If I can come, I'll bring my travel charcoal grill. Looks like you could use an extra grill to cook up the food.
