thanks for the heads up Vu its supposed to be sunny on Monday, so lets hope it rolls forward into Sunday. according to weather.com, there is a 20% chance of precipitation on Sunday and it is supposed to be "mostly sunny". just cross your fingers and hope for the best. If anything, I'm down to chill with my S2K brothas' and BBQ in the rain.

I also just realized something, for a BBQ with 30+ people, i don't think I can fit all of the supplies and food into my S2K, so I may need to recruit a few people to help meet me at my place to bring supplies and food. I live in the sunset district, so anyone close by should be fine. Also, do you think the grill pits at Baker Beach can accommodate enough food for 30+ people? or should I bring some chow mein to those who can't wait for the BBQ to cook the food.

this thing is getting huge. Brian I hope your ready to allocate around 350 bux just for the shopping.

When I BBQ with my boys...maybe 12-15 of us it usually comes out to about 300 bux. Food for thought *Disclaimer* that includes some liquor though

i ordered some kalbi which i get a good price. 15 lbs at $75 bux. That won't nearly feed all thirty people but i'm assuming that there will be burgers and hot dogs. with this many people don't get fancy...rather think quantity and ease of cooking.

Brian make sure you collect money before peeps even start eating.

depending on how hung over I am on Sunday morning i'll try to make it out as early as possible.

always

and I know.. i didn't expect it to get this big Jae, hahaha. I think I will gauge the pricing online for the food and whatnot and then come up with an estimate and divide it amongst the people that will be attending this event... i hope we have enough food

i am planning to try to keep it simple:
roughly 60-70 patties and buns
roughly 50 hot dogs and buns
couple of large bags of chips
lots of salsa/dip
15 lbs. of Kalbi (yum)
lots of drinks
plenty of condiments

paper plates
plastic forks
plastic spoons (for dip or whatever)
napkins

sounds like enough for u guys?
I was thinking most people would only consume 1-2 burgers, 1-2 hotdogs, some kalbi, chips, and some drinks. But I may have to overcompensate just in case.
