Default Ipod owners!

I recently came into possession of a 60gb ipod video for my bday and already see a few scratches. For those with ipods and have experience with scratch films/protectors, do you have any recommendations? I'm close to buying this. Any good/bad experiences with this? I'd prefer not to get a unit that'll make it bulky and would prefer film over a sleeve.

Thanks in advance!

The scratches still haven't diminished my sound quality.

No one sees my ipod. It's either in the case, my pocket, or the secret compartment.

we can go on forever with this argument, but i'm set on buying some sort of protective covering for my ipod, so it makes no sense debating about whether or not it's logical to do this for a personal item.

plus if i ever plan to sell for any reason, the condition will help the value. my bottom line: you like something, you take care of it in all ways shapes and forms, irregardless of 3rd party opinion, or lack there of.

I have an Agent18 case for my nano. They're great quality and don't add to much bulkines at all. It's saved my nano so far from 3 drops!

I also have agent18 and I think it is the best case out there. If you want to research ipod accessories check out ilounge.com

I use a PodSkinz case and really like it:

http://www.macskinz.com/cgi-bin/product_ipod_0905.cgi

They are molded to fit the iPod exactly, adding very little if any bulk. They are the same toughness/thickness of a credit card and have kept my iPod very well protected. Make sure you add a quality screen protector as well because the screen protector that comes with the PodSkinz case is not so great...

Too bad they don't have a case that fits the iPod Video yet.

thanks for the site...it doesn't seem like they do reviews on the films that are available. the case recommendations are great, but i'm still trying to avoid cases. no personal experiences with those stick on films?
