App is $30, and the obd2 connector is $100.

I talked my wife into just letting me use the joint account for the PLX connector since I can use it on all the vehicles. The laptimer I would really want is close to $300 so I think its just more cost effective for now especially since I don't plan on getting the iphone 5 when it's released.

app that i found is 49 app and 150 for wireless obd2

Amazon.com has them for $93 shipped.. The app is $29.99 for the iphone, what phone do you have?

i bought my scanner on ebay for $20 shipped...and jail broke my phone and got the app for free...

I have obd2 scaner at home but the end is male, it's for of USBs not for iphone

i bought mine 2 years ago , from everyones fav auction site. searched obd iphone , it was one of the wifi wireless one. mine was 35 obo. i offered 20. and he took it lol. sometimes. i think the blutooth version is even cheaper.

Oh no wonder. I was going to get the Harrys Pro Laptimer. That looks pretty cool though..

I considered the bluetooth but I've never been able to make a good connection with bluetooth. I had an adapter on my headunit to my phone and it was a horrible connection. Does your connection break up often between the phone and the bluetooth device?
