Default Interested in Karting?

In case you guys are still interested, I have a Maranello 125cc Parilla kart for $280 a day (available anyday) and I'm sure you'll get more tracktime than the Russel school. It's all about seat time! The more comfortable you are with the kart the faster you'll be!

Buy a kart and I'll refund $140 of the demo charge, plus I'll spend the day at the track of choice to get it dialed with a full kart orientation, short driving instructions and a couple lead-follow sessions. I got these Maranello's dialed and they're proven to kick --s at Club, Regional and National levels. I race myself (Always podium finish at any race), learn first hand and pass along everything I know to the customers.

BTW, I wouldn't recommend a shifter till you master the NON-shifters. Some guys claim that they do OK in the shifters right off the back at the school, but when they race in a REAL Series, they get spanked!

Let me know if I can help in anyway.

How would you say these compare to the SKM Alpha Must with the Leopard engine
that I've been looking at?? Are they in the same class?

Thanks!

I have been thinking about getting into this. How expensive is it to start? Do you know any websites with info about it for beginers? Anything in VA?
