I'm glad CHP does not have these "yet"
I saw this on the Hayabusa forum but they have a whole arsenal of these! Anyone guess which state rocks these?
Looks pretty cool but no space for the gun rack / baton it seems....

guys, this is a REAL STATE TROOPER's bike - I have a ton of pics from a recent police competition event and they had like 5 of these bikes there!
Once I post the side view you will believe me but just thought I'd let you guys guess...obviously it's not CHP

I was talking to Will, who lives out in HI and he said cops roll their DD's and just put lights on them there. I'm guessing maybe they can do it with bikes too?

That would be pretty hard to spot in the mirrors until the lights come on.
Yeah, in Hawaii, for some reason the police seem to roll around in various unmarked cars. You'ld see them pull over people with just a blue light on. Pretty sneaky!
And the other thing I couldn't figure out was that on Oahu, I never saw cop cars other than Honolulu police cars. You could be in another town nowhere near Honolulu, and you'ld see Honolulu police cars driving around.
