I just asked my police buddy and he said it's NOT illegal to have a black/white car since CHP also his all white Camaro's too remember?
It's only illegal if you using the black/white scheme along with say the red/blue lights or a sirens to attempt to pull people over. This is not to say you have to have the lights either but as long as you drive your car as normally intended you should be fine.
However if you are ever caught in the act of pulling someone over AND you happen to have a white/black car, better get a good lawyer...haha
Why the heck would you want to do that to your s2000 though?
