its perfectly legal as long as your have no police markings...color is not an issue..you even put serve for pussy or whatever..

I ordered one the first 2007 FJ cruisers which was Black with a white top and I had a few cops make comments about it. It legal to look like a cop car just can't have the red&blue lights...

It's not illegal. It only becomes illegal if you have the lighting to go with it. A solid red light visible from 1000ft or the flashing red and blue lights.
