Man, those meter maids are ruthless. Once, a friend of mine's Supra was hit pretty badly. It was borderline undriveable and he was barely able to limp it into a street parking space. He left it there for about a day with a note saying it's undriveable, and accumulated four "2 hour parking" tickets in that time.

Man that stinks! Meter maids are definitely heartless creatures. But then again, in San Francisco, it's so easy to make money off of someone who has been in a parking space two minutes longer than allowed. XD

That poor Jaguar is beat to heck anyway....those look like BBS RC wheels underneath all that brake dust and crud.....that person really must not care too much about their car anyway if they cannot even wash the freaking thing...
