I need a roomate!
Hi all.. just finished dealing with the roomate from hell, and now I'd like a roomate from heaven, but one from s2ki.com will do . Anyways, if ya don't know me, I host the tech days, so all my expertise (and huge garage/tools) would be at your desposal.
It's a 4 bedroom house, 3 bath, 3 car garage, large yards, cable modem and network throughout the house, star wars pinball, neo geo machine with 20 games, huge home theater (12 foot image), you'd have your own bathroom, there's a large kitchen with dishwasher and electric range, a fireplace, generally a really cool house.
It's located in El Sobrante (kinda near berkeley), highway 24 in orinda is a 15 minute drive, berkeley is a 20 minute drive, concord is a 30 minut drive, so it's pretty central. The bus from Orinda bart stops literally in front of the house.
We have parties on occasion and a few friends over fairly often, so hopefully you're not a total recluse. We have no cable TV, but if you get it in your room, that's ok with us. All utilities are included in the rent of 600/month, plus a 300 dollar deposit.
About us: We're all early to mid 20s, I'm a computer guy/artist, she and he both work with disabled children. We're all big music fans and have the stereo to take advantage of it, though don't listen to it loud that late. (If you go to bed at 9 or 10 every night this might be a problem, we usually go to bed around 11 or 12.)
Anyways, if you're interested, or know someone who is, PM me for details..
