Well, I have you beat! At 7K miles, I did a cursory check of my springs to look for the spacers. I did the check when I got my new wheels and the S03s. I didn't see any at that time, but I didn't look very hard either. Tonight, I swapped my S03s for my Toyos. I decided to give my springs one more look just to be sure. And what did I see????? A spring spacer on my front left spring!! 13132 miles later!!

I bought the car from Los Gatos Honda I retract my recommendation for the Los Gatos Honda Service Department. I have only taken my car to Menlo Honda and will continue to do so.

To top off my night, I broke my torque wrench tightening the lugs on the first wheel. I had to guess for the other three

I'll vote for that one.

The ride quality is much better now. Highway 85 was tolerable.

Hey Gil, you had a shock replaced right? was it the same wheel? the spacers I see in the pic were different than some of the others I've seen. I just thought maybe it had something to do with having to get a new shock.

That was the right rear shock. Menlo Honda didn't mention anything about a spring spacer on that spring. After talking with some people, it could be possible that a spring spacer caused my shock to die.
