Back in the holiday season of 2010, Santa Claus was nice enough to deliver a trio of rio pearl yellow keyhole plugs under my Christmas tree, manufactured by none other than the well known http://www.js2k.com/ site.
10 months later, this month, the paint failed on one of my keyhole plugs. Joey had no problem with sending me new ones right away!
His response was plain and simple:

I had previously looked into buying an oil drain valve from http://www.js2k.com/ and when the keyhole plugs were out of stock, Joey offered to send me the keyhole plus for FREE at that time. I chose to just hold off on the oil drain valve, and put the keyhole plugs on my wishlist!
I just want to let the local community know how happy I am to receive this wonderful customer service.

Sorry about the paint chipping. It definitely is hard to get paint to adhere to such a sharp corner, so chipping may occur. Luckily, I have a very open, lifetime warranty on my keyhole covers, so I'd be more than happy to get you a replacement.
