There is a aux outlet in the fuse box(under the dash) that will give power to what ever is plug in to it when the lights come on. Look at you owners manual, I think the information is in there.
I don't think it's in the owner's manual but it IS in the Helm manual. There are three empty male spade connectors on on side of the underdash fuse panel. One is hot all the time, one is hot with ignition and one is hot with headlights. Use a circuit tester to figure out which one is which.

Here's a fuzzy pic of it.
Notice the 3 wires I have going into them? Red, Yellow, red. I have all 3 of mine used up. Just put a circuit tester on each one and when you turn on your headlight, the correct one will light up.
