I am guessing this came up in a cop meeting in SFPD. I have been without a front plate the entire time I have owned the s2k AND the entire time I owned my Suby. Of course, 2 nights ago in SF I get pulled over by 2 guys in an SUV cop car and they ticket me. Go figure.

I got a fix it ticket in the afternoon park my car in SF at the meter spot.
I put like $1.50 in the meter and i know i have plenty of time left when i get back to my car. I was like wtf after i read over the citation. they ticket me for no license plate. Can they really do that????
