Default How to remove plugs from front bumper to install

Just got a fix it ticket today and I'm curious how I would go about removing the front plugs (not sure if i might strip something if i just try to yank it out) to install the license plate to correct this "fix it ticket".

I think the best way is to just take the bumper off...

takes a bit more work, but it'll be the cleanest way to do it w/o scratching your bumper or breaking your plugs

The plugs are just pushed on, so you won't break anything pulling them out, except maybe the plug itself.

Where did you get the "no front plate" ticket? I want to avoid that city or neighborhood.
