Any of you guys know how much shops charge to install a vortech unit in the bay area? Anyone know any places that have done it before that can vouch for a good install?

If the shop has a dyno to dyno the car afterwards that'll be great too! I wonder if Joey's shop is willing to the my clutch and the sc??

Any help is greatly appreciated!
Why a VORTECH and not a COMPTECH? No need for pan drilling on a CT. I also think CT offers installs too! They are only about 1.5 hours from the Bay also!

I'm thinking of going Greddy since I just saw they have a kit out that is pending CARB.

thanks for all the info guys i'll definately go down the list as to who and where i should get it installed!

I had a comptech before just going w/ the competitor.

i had arrangements w/ hondamanwill but can't commit to him because i'm still awaiting two more boxes of parts. He's moving to wisconsin at the end of the month and from what i understand is booked.

^ i will be calling you about that clutch this weekend to schedule an appointment.

comon i'm sure you guys can do the blower

stephen - i chose the vortech because i tried comptech before and well just out the box the vortech gets better numbers and reading up on the FI section it seems the vortech has better potential. Especially since i plan to up the boost to 10lbs and tune it w/ a aem ems and all that fun stuff.

I'd love to put a blower in, but I don't think I will have any free time to commit to it.
