Wondering how much it would cost to get comcast basic extended cable. I just want the basic channels like food network, cartoon network, comedy central, etc.

I have comcast internet and pay like $60ish a month for internet only, no tv.

How much do you guys pay, and what kinda plans are there if I wanted to add a basic cable line to my house? thanks

just saw a dish satellite special. 2 year contract, but $20/month..free hbo and showtime for 3 months. free cinemax for a year. free install for up to 3 or four tv's.

$50/month for choice xtra HD with 2 boxes (no dvr) with directv. i'm loving it so far. for less channels with 2 boxes (no dvr), i was paying $100 with comcast....i'll never go back to comcast.

i just got comcast tv and internet myself after looking around for a long time.
there are definitely cheaper tv deals out there, but no one who offers up to 15mbps for internet and once you experienced the fast speed, it's hard to go to a slower speed internet service.. =(
