Drink craploads of water before sleep and keep water bottles near the bed, if im not mistaken, the hangover is 95% due to the dehydration. The other 5% is usually attributed to quality of alcohol. Alcohol fermented with tons of sugar will frak you up. Dont remember why... drink stuff thats been distilled and filtered many, many times ... dont quote me on this, but i think Greygoose is a quality example of decent alcohol. i personally like shots of JW blue label, henny, greygoose, or patron (silver)... i stay away from AMFs and LCs...
