BIG PIMPIN right here! I'm saving up for a super JDM racecar! You should see what I got in my other room!
ON TOPIC though. Mina is on point. You can try to make someone love you but in doing so it wouldn't YOU. Be yourself. If they don't love you then that's just the way it is. Move on and if you can, stay friends... You never know who that other person may know.

Shut up and drive.
If your head isn't clear; keep driving.

It's actually very easy to get someone to love you. Just keep changing your car, your house, your clothes, your job, your hobbies, your financial situation, your family, your friends, your accent, your nationality, your height, your weight, your identity, your personality, and your looks (plastic surgery may be required). The secret is to keep these transformations a secret and come off as a new person each time.
If you keep doing all these things that person is surely going to fall in love with you at some point.

i think the guy should be optimistic and think positive and just be happy with what he has right now and things will fall into place and besides, there are plenty out there that have it a lot worse. a girl would probably want a guy who's confident and happy with himself otherwise why would they be happy with him?
take more initiative!
work out and get in better shape
get a hair cut and clean yourself up
be more outgoing
attend more social functions
get a new wardrobe
ect...
i'm not saying you need this to get a girl but it doesn't hurt!
they are not going to approach you first, if your scared of rejection GET OVER IT! if they reject you, shrug it off and move on! you miss out on all the chances you don't take!
and if all else fails.... LIE!

The last time I took a drive to take my mind off things, I ended up in San Louis Obispo via Highway 1.

It take time and meeting someone new definitely help take your mind off thing. Just know that time will heal and keep ur head up bro. Women like guys with confidence, funny but not cocky, nice but not a pushover, and can stand up tall to lead but not controlling.
I personally think money can buy happiness, those of you who don't is because you don't know how to use it right. Someone on S2ki once said "money is a tool, but not everyone is a mechanic".
