I would call in sick if I could, except for two things: There is rumor of a major lay-off coming for my company, and I don't want to give my boss additional excuses; and I have a lot of work committments I need to finish before I take vacation.

I think biking on a "Spare the Air" day could be unhealthy because of all the polluted air you are breathing.

Drive 1 mile to the shuttle stop and take the company shuttle to work.. or I work from home on Fridays to avoid the traffic...

 

motorcycle for me. 28mpg is better than 20.

Rode bike 5 miles to train station and then 6 miles to work today...
