Today is another "spare the air" day. I would take the free public transportation except that it does not go from my home to my office. But instead of driving the S2000 top down, I drove my beater car. I don't want to breath any more of the polluted air than I have to. So do any of you change your transportation habit on "spare the air" days?

 

No, it's too hot to sit around and wait for the bus but I give you props for even thinking about it.

by the time i get home from work, thats when i find out it was spare the air day lol.

 

I do the opposite - I drive the 4Runner instead. Windows rolled up with AC at full blast

 

Call in sick.

 

I take the cat off! But only for spare the air days!

 

drive the car without cats that gets terrible mileage with the AC ON ? Great idea
