Sorry, but that dude is not even close to being ripped. This guy is holding so much water, it aint even funny. His body is prolly full of cancer causing hormones and I would be suprised if he lived longer than 10 more years.

thats cause he injected synthol in his arms. it's an oil, it's not even real muscle.
