Looking for mature young/adults to rent a house in the Newark/Fremont Area. This is a long term lease 6 months +. Here is some info on it.
-One Story Single Family House w/upgrade galore!
-3 Bedroom/2Baths
-1456 Sq+Ft Approx Living Area
-7030 Sq+Ft Lot Size
-2 Car Garage + One Additional Side Parking for Smaller Car
