As far as Alexander's goes, I'd recommend the 32oz T-Bone or Ribeye with the Lobster Tempura appetizer with a side of White Truffle Fries and sriracha mayo.
That's so PIMP Jeff. Makes me hungry

I don't doubt it.

Once, at Alexander's when we were paying on an expense account, I had the Grade 12+ Kobe Filet, Salad, Appetizer, Dessert, Wine, and finished off with a 30 Year Macallan Single Malt. My portion of the bill alone was over $500.

As for the Kobe, while it was amazingly tender, I actually prefer the taste of the prime rib.

You can also order Hennessy Ellipse there. $500 a glass or something like that. I heard somewhere that there's only 12 bottles of Ellipse in all of North America.
Oh damn!

Has anyone tried "Iron Chef" course at Alexander's? I head it costs 4 digits for two...
I'd be willing to give it a try. Who's up for it.

you got me, Vu... but I want to know if it's good...to spend that kind of money. The thing is that they use very fancy stuff which we might even like in the "iron chef". I will go just for their ribeye...yummy
