Ordered a new doughnut. Lets see if that fixes the problem. I haven't lost power or thrown a CEL so im hesitant to blame the cat itself just yet.

Just because it's torqued to spec doesn't mean it's not leaking. If the mating surfaces get crud on them, it can cause leaks.

Good to know! I picked up a new doughnut. Going to drop the exhaust this weekend clean up the ends install the new gasket and put it back together..then pray LOL.
