Well I went through this the last time I was going to get work done there. I'm dropping the car off for warranty work and an oil change, and they will not give me a loaner car. Last time, one guys says no, then the next guy says "yes we do, the other guy has been corrected" So that time I finally got a loaner. Now I spoke with the scheduling guy, he said no, I spoke with Rob (?) and he said no too. What's their deal, where is the consistancy? I told them I'll just go to Los Gatos Honda then. They didn't seem to care. It's so frustrating that the dealer accross the street from my house, most convienent, turns out to be a bad one to deal with? I'm sure What The? has something to say about it. They need a better policy. Meanwhile, I think they are going to loose my business.
