To keep this on topic it does make a difference. I can put my hand on the intake mani and not get burned after like 3 seconds.

I wouldn't call it an easy install unless the motor is sitting outside the car. Tons of hard to reach hoses and bolts you have to remove.

if you are just installing the hondata (sandwich), i would say couple hours including coolant refill and burping

Hondata heatshield gasket is by far one of the best cheap mods you can do.

It reduced my intake temps on my turbo civic by 49*
