You can plug it in and get a feel for it. Just dont open a canned tune and don't press the arrow up icon or you'll flash a tune to the ecu

and those who hate searching for the obd2 port, this is what I did. Bought a obd2 port extension cable and I don't have to crawl and look for it anymore

Here's another vid of the launch control

Jei set my VTEC to 4900 RPM. Silky smooth. After doing I/H/E before Flashpro, the car was feeling weird and like it wasn't in its happy place. Flashpro and Jei/BT made everything feel "right" again, and I got a sizeable boost in max and midrange power compared to the stock tune (don't have my sheet in front of me, but I think I had nearly 30 HP gain around 5500 RPM). It's enough that I can feel the difference compared to a stock car or stock with the out-of-the-box Flashpro tune, which is impressive considering it's only basic NA mods.

Plug your flashpro into your comp, open the software, download the map from your flashpro, alter it, save it, upload it to flashpro, plug into ecu, program, drive

No tune is stored in the flashpro. Only datalogs can be stored on the FP.

Two tunes can be stored on the fp as well as data logs.

That'll work if the tune is unlocked but if it's locked then he'll have to contact the tuner.
