Default Honda is on a roll

Honda's new Fit and Civics especially the Si are so popular these days. Been trying to get a new Fit and it's either sold out or the dealer marked it up and they would rather have it sit on a lot than to sell it for MSRP. My friend looked at an Civic Si and the dealer would not budge from the 5K markup. I can't wait to see what's in store for the next S2000 or even the new NSX.

Are you referring to the April Fool's joke?

you're happy that the dealer is not willing to budge from a ridiculous markup? Way to go Honda for!

FYI: I was at Fremont Honda 2 weekends ago and they had half a dozen Fits w/o markups.

You mean Autowest Honda in Fremont? My friend was there recently and they had a 2K markup. I'll have to visit them tomorrow and see if I can get it for MSRP if any are still there.

Yea, AutoWest Honda. The Honda Fit is a pretty nifty car. Good luck on your buy.
