Been busy with work but just ran across this thread - interesting that a Honda dealer would do this. Definitely get a lot of publicity for them.....

Lately I've been reading nothing but bad things about that dealer for service!

Its all about who you deal with, believe me 1 guy can make a dealership seem like hell on earth. I can always give you a recommandation on who to deal with to make sure you are happy. If you are doing service always deal with Burke Mangabay. Jimmy Bailey isnt to bad either. But the rest have as much personality as a door handle. For some reason that service drive is a very depressing place so you have to talk to the right people.
