Default hit and run

so today over at san pablo my s2k got hit and run. I have almost 10 witness including some neighbors so is it possible to bypass the deductible?

If you have full coverage you should be good. I don't think they'd have a leg to stand on to try and deny u. Who's your insurer?

btw, where did it happen at?

Most UMPD ded waiver endorsements will require that you either have the FULL plate # or ID of the driver. That isn't to say that sometimes companies will make a business decision depending on what information is available.

sadly i didn't have time to catch his plates since i was park a good 5 house down from my friend's place and by the time i got out, he was speeding off. I was down over by 20th and dover. My problem now after a talk to my insurance is that there might be a slight rise in my insurance due to a previous accident i had 2 month ago.

None moving violations should not carry increases.

ins companies in cali are not supposed to be able to raise your rates unless the claim is YOUR fault.

yea, but for some reason one of the statefarm agents told me my insruance have a slight chance to raise because of back to back accidents
