You got to have deer in a stew man. It's wonderful when it been braised for 5-6 hours. I remembered when I was young, my uncles would have deer meat and i would have no idea where it came from. One time, his buddy hit one and got another buddy with a truck to pick it up. When life gives you deer, you got to make deer stew! Same with lemon.
