Help: wield\repair titanium exhaust?

Does anyone know if there's any good muffler shop that will wield\repair titanium exhaust in the Hayward area? I checked the useful thread link, but couldn't find any. TIA

Doesn't need to be in Hayward, as long as it's in the Bay Area.
