Do I have to pay as she says or wtf??? I'm thinking she wants cash because she doesn't want to report it as income, is there anywhere I can refer to? I don't want to have to go to the fvcking bank to get stupid cash, either that or I'd have to hit up the ATM several days in a row. BLAH!

go to your local bank branch. Walk in. Talk to the teller. Say "I want cash". That should work.

I'm pretty sure they can not FORCE you to pay cash. Why won't they take a check? I'm not understanding their problem, are you past due?

The whole basis for me fighting this is because it is a BIG inconvenience for me to go to the bank and get cash: the problem does not lie in regards to my lack of knowledge on HOW to get it.

I'm not past due at all, this is my second month living here. I really don't know why she is asking all her tenants to pay cash, again I think it's because she does not want to report this building as income for her. I do notice that she has like one phone bill that comes a month...I asked her before why this is so; she says it's because she doesn't have time to go to the bank. Isn't that great? Make 4 tenants go to the bank so that she doesn't have to....
