don't worry about out of state s2k's. I bought mine in Oregon a year ago and drove it back to California. I brought it in to the DMV here in Hayward, CA, to get it registered and all they made me do is get a smog check. So I just went down the street, got a smog check, brought back the certificate, and they finished registering it. As easy as that. And the car was brand new, with only 600 miles on it.

And yes, the S2k, is 50 state legal.
