HELP! next_nsx My WinDow just DROPED!
Hi All, please help me, =(
here is what happend:
All i heard was a Loud Crank noise, than I cant pulls up my window up or down any more, i could hear the rotor turns but my window glass just hang in there. and than later when i drove home, it just drops down. now i cant use the Driver windows.. ANY help please? this kind of EMERGENCY, because i PARK MY S out SIDE!!!. n the driverside window is just Open. please let me know what i can do. or a local shop that i can take my S to ASAP tomorrow.

^What he said, usually its the pin/bolt in the middle of the regulator arm that falls out to cause the window to drop like that.
You definitely need a new one, but you should be able to wedge something in the regulator to hold the glass up until you can get a new one.

You can probably get a regulator used one at a junkyard pretty cheap or go here, http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/auto/j...y5=DOOR+WINDOWS
If your lucky you only need a regulator, if it sounded like cracking glass, it probably was because its a pretty distinct sound. You should pull your door panel off to see whats broken, its pretty easy to take off.

all u need is a screw driver and pop off the tabs, just make sure not to break anything. i would just get the driver up and roll up the regulator so at least your window will be closed for tonight. not sure what can be broken/bent at the time but take pics when you take off your panel.
