Help me beat my TICKET! What is the one law?
long story short, i got a dumb fix it tiket for my s2000.
the cop who pulled me over is from fremont, and i live in pittsburg.
my friend said theres something i can pull that makes the cop come to my local court versus me having to go to the fremont court to fight it. does anyone know wht that law is called? thanks.

i dont know about that. ive been pulled over seven times for past two years of driving in 4 counties(fremont, sta clara, contra costa and contra loma =).. i tried making them go to milpitas but it sez right there that you have to appear on their court. 
sad but it never happened to me that they went here to get me home court advantage.
